FIMAR’s internationalization begins with the founding of FIMAR Chile company, which had one office in Santiago.
FIMAR Chile acquires NEPRO company in Iquique and becomes the owner of the Muketsu (Twisted Knotless) manufacturing plant
FIMAR Trading is founded in Santiago for Puerto Montt’s commercial operations.
FIMAR Perú acquires Mexican Company REDESA and brings its machinery to Callao
